These Terms govern your use of the Weblessbusiness website and services. By booking a call, paying a deposit, or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms.

We design, build, and maintain websites and provide related digital services for local businesses. Deliverables, timelines, and scope are agreed with you before work begins. Delivery times (e.g. 24–72 hours) start after your consultation call and after we receive the information we need from you.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal or by direct bank transfer (IBAN). We never see or store your card details. A refundable $5 deposit reserves your consultation and is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Once your project is paid in full, the finished website is 100% yours. Domain and third-party hosting are billed directly by those providers and are not controlled by us.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for the legality of content you ask us to publish. For add-on services that require access to your accounts, see our Privacy Policy.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Weblessbusiness respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
We never see or store your card numbers — PayPal processes card payments securely. Bank transfers go directly to our business account.
If you choose a service that requires us to work in your social or cloud accounts (for example video editing), we use official, permission-based OAuth login — you sign in with the provider (Instagram, YouTube, Google Drive, etc.) and approve exactly which permissions to grant. Specifically:
To respond to you, deliver the services you request, and keep you updated about your project. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors we rely on to deliver the service (e.g. PayPal, our form provider, and any account you explicitly connect).

For paid projects, you may cancel before we begin design work for a full refund. Once design work has started, we refund any portion of the fee that corresponds to work not yet performed. We include reasonable revisions during the development phase so the final result matches what we agreed.
Monthly maintenance and marketing plans can be cancelled at any time with no long-term contract. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current cycle is not pro-rated.
